Cult Classic carries men's and women's apparel, footwear, bags, sunglasses, and accessories chosen for everyday wear with a classic edge.

Handling Time

Handling time is 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The order cut-off time is 2:00 PM Eastern. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern begin handling the next business day.

Transit Time

Transit time is 5-10 business days after the order ships, Monday through Friday.

Total Delivery Time

Combined handling and transit is typically 6-13 business days from order to delivery. We ship to addresses in the United States. Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $4.99. We do not offer free shipping thresholds.

These timeframes are estimates and can change because of carrier volume, weather, or other delays outside our control.

Returns

Cult Classic accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products. The return window is 30 days of delivery. Returns are by mail only. Items must be in new condition only: unused, unworn, with tags, in the original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Contact us before shipping a return back. We do not accept exchanges.

Who pays depends on the reason:

  • If you are not satisfied (change of mind, size, color, or any other non-defective return): the customer is responsible for the return shipping label.
  • If the item is broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect: we are responsible for the return shipping label.

There is no restocking fee on eligible returns. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days after inspection.
